Bow legged Vs. Knock kneed

Bow Legged:
Physical: Too much weight on the outside of the feet and tissue is tight on the side of the legs from ankle to hip connecting through the low back. Need to line up the patella with the second toe and practice leg alignment coupled with strength.
~Energetically: Displacing too much of life to the outside world and need a connection with the inner self to find balance.

Knock Kneed:
Physical: Too much weight on the inside of the feet and knees are collapsing inward. Need to pull knees apart aligning patella with the second toe practicing leg strength.
~Energetically: Giving into the struggles of life and life is winning. Need to strengthen the core and the spirit.

Either way, it’s about finding the center of life and body.
