At age 7, Ava began to experience back and knee pain that limited her play. Her mother, Deirdre noticed she needed alignment in her lower extremities and brought her to Centripetal Force Studio. I worked with Ava once a week for 30 minutes for nearly a year and we discovered she found more than her core. She truly found her center. I witnessed a sparkle in her smile and a confidence in her eyes that will stay with her for a lifetime.
